dc.description	The main objective of this research work is to determine how the factors affect the competitiveness of companies in the taxi sector in the Latacunga canton, where the problem lies in the lack of an efficient and quality service for its users, in addition to of vehicles that are in good condition, adding to this the increase in competition that is intense both nationally and locally, since in terms of taxis there is a high level of operators.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como objetivo principal determinar cómo inciden los factores en la competitividad de las empresas del sector del taxismo en el cantón Latacunga, en donde el problema radica en la falta de un servicio eficaz y de calidad para sus usuarios, además de vehículos que se encuentren en buen estado, sumando a esto el incremento de la competencia que es intensa ya sea a nivel nacional como a nivel local, pues en lo referente a taxis existe un elevado nivel de operadoras.	es_ES
