Las metodologías que se aplican en la investigación son la documental-bibliográfica y la de campo; la primera empleó la recopilación del sustento científico y teórico de esta investigación, la segunda permitió recopilar información de primera mano mediante entrevistas y cuestionarios aplicados a la gerencia de la cooperativa, los departamentos de contabilidad, crédito y cobranza además a los clientes de la cooperativa. | es_ES |
