dc.description	This thesis was developed in the Pasa parish of the Ambato canton of the Tungurahua province, the research was carried out to estimate the level of water stress in the foothills of Casahuala hill, whose study area is made up of 5089.88 hectares of communal lands. In which 2314, 53 ha, belong to paramo. This being a water catchment area from which 7631 inhabitants receive for agricultural, hydroelectric, fish farming, thermal, domestic, drinking, and tourist use.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La presente tesis se desarrolló en la parroquia de Pasa del cantón Ambato de la provincia de Tungurahua, la investigación se realizó para estimar el nivel de estrés hídrico en las estribaciones del cerro Casahuala, cuya área de estudio está compuesta por 5089,88 hectáreas de tierras comunales. En las que 2314, 53 ha, pertenecen a paramo. Siendo esta un área de captación hídrica de la cual 7631 habitantes reciben para uso agrícola, hidroeléctrico, piscícola, termales, uso doméstico, potable, turístico.	es_ES
