| Resumen : | El Cantón Pangua, cuenta con una parroquia urbana y tres rurales, que por la distancia necesaria para llegar a las mismas tiene varias limitaciones, una de ellas es la falta de información y desarrollo del turismo; se han desarrollado rutas turísticas a pesar del desinterés de las autoridades, pero no se ha considerado al aviturismo, ni a las aves como un elemento importante para la actividad turística para formar parte de ellas. Por ello se consideró el diseño de una ruta turística para aprovechar el potencial con el que cuenta el cantón. Se desarrolló un diagnóstico del área de estudio mediante la revisión bibliográfica, encuestas y entrevistas que permitieron conocer que el cantón tiene un rango altitudinal de 1000 m.s.n.m. a los 3500 m.s.n.m. así como la existencia de 14 lugares donde se podía realizar avistamiento de aves; se analizó la cercanía entre sitios, accesibilidad, vialidad, planta turística, rango altitudinal y condiciones climáticas, para discriminar de manera técnica los sitios que conformarán la ruta. Se definieron 6 lugares que se encuentran en las cuatro parroquias del cantón (El Corazón, Moraspungo, Pinllopata y Ramón Campaña). Mediante 7 salidas de campo a los diferentes lugares establecidos y mediante la observación directa con registro fotográfico, se obtuvo el inventario de aves con un total de 29 especies, distribuidas en 11 órdenes y 18 familias, cada una con su ficha taxonómica, que incluye es estado de conservación de acuerdo a la UICN (todas en preocupación menor). Para verificar la idoneidad de los sitios se aplicó el índice de Sorensen que permite determinar el nivel de similitud de especies entre las zonas de estudio, se consideraron las parroquias como zonas para realizar el cálculo, obteniendo que de las 6 combinaciones posibles 4 son de menos del 50% y apenas 2 son de más del 50%, siendo el más alto entre la Zona 2 y 4 con el 61%. Finalmente, la ruta fue concebida con 6 puntos de observación de aves y 3 de paradas técnicas; se optó por dar la opción de full day que tiene una duración de 24 horas, y la de dos días una noche con una duración de 48 horas. Los costos fueron considerados con el paquete todo incluido (alojamiento, alimentación, transporte, guía nacional o especializado, entradas); el costo varía dependiendo del tipo de servicio a incluir, se puede dar la opción de excluir el guía de turismo o seleccionar entre guía nacional y guía especializado. El presente proyecto demuestra que existe la posibilidad de realizar actividades de aviturismo en el cantón, pero para ello es necesario realizar un plan de marketing para la promoción, difusión y comercialización de la ruta diseñada en el presente proyecto. |
| Descripción : | The Canton Pangua has one urban parish and three rural ones, which due to the necessary distance to arrive them, they have several limitations, one of them is the information lack and tourism development; they have been developed tourist routes, despite the authorities disinterest, but it has not been considered bird watching, nor the birds as an important elementfor tourist activity to be them part. Therefore, it was considered the design a tourist route to take advantage of potential, what has the canton. It was developed a study area diagnosis, through bibliographic review, surveys, and interviews that they allowed to know, what the canton has an 1,000 meters altitudinal range above sea level at 3500 m,s,n,m, as well as the 14 places existence, where could be done bird watching; it was analyzed the proximity between sites, accessibility, roads, tourist plant, altitudinal range and climatic conditions to discriminate, technical manner, the sites, what will make up the route. It was defined 6 places, what are located in the four parishes from canton (El Corazón, Moraspungo, Pinllopata and Ramón Campaña). Therefore, it was considered the tourist route design to take advantage of potential,what has the canton. It was developed, through 7 field trips to the different established places, and by means direct observation with photographic record, it was got the birds inventory with 29 species total, they distributed in 11 orders and 18 families, each one with its taxonomic record, which includes its conservation status, according to the IUCN (all least concern). For verifying the sites suitability, it was applied the Sorensen index that allows determining the species similarity level between the study areas, they were considered the parishes as areas forperforming the calculation, getting what of the 6 possibles combinations, 4 are less 50% and only 2 are over 50%, by being the highest between zone 2 and 4 with 61%. Finally, the route was conceived with 6 bird observation points and 3 technical stops; it was opted for give the full day option; which lasts 24 hours, and that of two days one night with a 48 hours duration. The costs were considered with the all- inclusive package (accommodation, food, transportation, national or specialized guide, entrance fees); the cost varies depending onto theservice type to include, it can give the option by excluding the tour guide or to select betweeno national guide and a specialized guide. The current project demonstrates, what there is the possibility from making birdwatching activities in the canton, but for this, it is the possibility from making birdwatching activities in the canton, but for this, it is necessary to make a marketing plan for the route promotion, dissemination and commercialization designed in the current project |
