| dc.description | The “MEGA FRENO” is an Ecuadorian company located in the province of Cotopaxi, Latacunga city, which is dedicated to the repair and maintenance of vehicles, and it specializes in the grinding of discs and drums, this being one of the most essential points for the sustainability of the organization. Due to the manual development the company has had, it has been possible to implement a logical device (PLC – Logo) to collect chronological data and carry out preventive maintenance according to the machine manual. In order to develop the research, data was gathered through the observation method and the interaction with the staff. Indeed, the head of the workshop argued lubrication maintenance of the machines was performed once a year and not after 500 hours of use, as indicated in the manual of the grinding machines. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | “MEGA FRENO”, es una empresa Ecuatoriana ubicada en la provincia de Cotopaxi, cantón Latacunga, que se dedica a la reparación y mantenimiento de vehículos y se especializa en la rectificación de discos y tambores, siendo esto uno de los puntos más importantes para la sustentabilidad de la organización; viendo el desarrollo manual que ha tenido la empresa se ha podido implementar un dispositivo lógico (PLC – Logo) con el fin de recopilar datos cronológicos para realizar el mantenimiento preventivo de acuerdo a el manual de las máquinas, para el desarrollo de este proyecto se levantó la información mediante la observación, interacción con el personal y el jefe del taller que supieron manifestar que el mantenimiento en las máquinas lo realizaban cada que existía una falla o avería. | es_ES |
