| Resumen : | La investigación que se ha realizado es para buscar estrategias y mejorar el servicio al cliente en las Instituciones Públicas de la ciudad de Latacunga y determinar las falencias que existe en cuanto al servicio al cliente. El objetivo de esta investigación es mejorar el servicio al cliente de cada uno de las Instituciones Públicas, por medio de la utilización de las estrategias adecuadas que les permitirá desarrollar el desempeño eficiente de las actividades.
