| Resumen : | En la investigación realizada se analizó la población la misma que está dividida en tres niveles como son: Ejecutivo, Directivos, Administrativos y colaboradores, para ello se recopila información referente con el Marco teórico que es la base conceptual para poder realizar el trabajo, los métodos de esta investigación es el no experimental porque permite observar el fenómeno como es, sin que el investigador pueda manipular la información adquirida, las técnicas que se utilizaron en la investigación fueron: entrevista la cual se realizó al ejecutivo con preguntas abiertas y cerradas, encuestas dirigidas a los directores, Administrativos y colaboradores mediante preguntas diseñadas, y por último se aplicó la ficha de observación que nos permitió verificar de forma real la realidad de la Institución, en la cual se vio reflejado el análisis del grado de cumplimiento del organigrama estructural del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Salcedo…. |
