| dc.description | In ECUADOR outbursts of violence are a normal feature in childhood but some children persist in their aggressive conduct and his inability to control their temper, such children make their parents and teachers enconunter serious problems when control them so ofthen these children are destined to frustrations that make the child feel rejected by their peers when they can not prevent the conduct violent. Necessarily have to ask first, which are the children do at home and the school students are doing exactly, referring to their conduct, if the aanswer is vague and somewhat confusing to be impossible to clearly identify the problem, so it is pertinent to ask what the reaction of the child or student when this is teased and aggression at home and the school. If we set up workshops to change the conduct violent that keep certain students within the FAMILY CIRCLE at first, and the within SCHOLAR SITUATION, we don´t that the changes will not occur from one day to another, but patience is need by specially many perseverance if you want to resolve the problem from homes after that, applying the same solution in educational institutions, knowing clearly the above modification of conduct violent went different phases that go from clear definition of the problem until the evaluation of the results. To carrid valid actions in controlling conduct violent need a model or theory to follow and this, in our case will be theory usually social learning when a child emits conduct violent because it reacts to conflict, the conflict can be of problems of social relationships with other children or older in fact satisfy the desires of coexistence of the himself. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En el Ecuador los arrebatos de violencia son un rasgo normal en la infancia, sin embargo algunos niños persisten en su conducta agresiva y en su incapacidad para dominar su mal genio, este tipo de niños hace que sus padres y maestros encuentren graves problemas al momento de controlarlos por lo que frecuentemente estos niños están destinados a frustraciones que hacen que se sientan rechazados por sus compañeros cuando estos no puedan evitar su conducta violenta. Necesariamente hay que preguntarse en primer lugar, que es lo que los niños en la casa y los estudiantes en la escuela están haciendo exactamente, refiriéndose a su conducta, si la respuesta es vaga y un tanto confusa será imposible identificar de manera clara el problema, por lo que resulta importante preguntarse cuál es la reacción del niño y estudiante cuando este es objeto de burlas y agresiones en el hogar y la escuela. Si montamos talleres para cambiar la conducta violenta que mantienen ciertos estudiantes dentro del CÍRCULO FAMILIAR en primera instancia, y luego dentro del ENTORNO ESCOLAR, hemos de tener en cuenta que los cambios no van a darse de un día a otro sino que se necesitará de mucha paciencia pero sobre todo de mucha perseverancia si se desea solucionar el problema desde los hogares, para luego de eso, aplicar esa misma solución en las instituciones educativas, en ese sentido la conducta violenta, pasará por varias fases que ira desde la definición clara del problema hasta la evaluación de los resultados. Para poder llevar acciones valederas en el control de la conducta violenta necesitamos un módulo o teoría que seguir, y este en nuestro caso será la teoría del aprendizaje social, habitualmente cuando un niño emite una conducta violenta, es porque reacciona ante un conflicto, dicho conflicto puede resultar de, problemas de relación social con otros niños o con adultos en el hecho de satisfacer los deseos de convivencia del propio niño. | es_ES |
