| Resumen : | La necesidad de mejorar la Seguridad e Higiene Industrial en la Mueblería Josesito ha motivado la necesidad de Diseñar e implementar un manual de Seguridad e higiene industrial, con la finalidad de avanzar en un mercado cada vez más competitivo, y mejorar la Calidad de Vida Laboral del Talento Humano dentro de la planta de producción de Mueblería Josesito. El compromiso de Mueblería Josesito conjuntamente con su personal será la de generar y establecer la responsabilidad y compromiso de acogerse a los reglamentos de todo lo que se refiere a materia de Seguridad e Higiene Industrial lo que permitirá instaurar mejoras significativas para todos. La Seguridad e Higiene Industrial permitirá un mejor desenvolvimiento del personal dentro del taller, con la expectativa de una adecuación de las tareas y actividades de acuerdo a las capacidades físicas de los operarios, con la eliminación o minimización de los riesgos físicos, químicos, ergonómicos y biológicos, y estableciendo una toma de conciencia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. |
| Descripción : | The need to improve the safety and industrial hygiene in Josesito Furniture Store has motivated the need to design and implement a manual safety and industrial hygiene, in order to advance in an increasingly competitive market, and improve the Quality of Working Life Talent within the production plant Josesito Furniture Store. Josesito Furniture Store commitment together with employs will be to generate and establish responsibility and commitment to recouse the regulations of all that relates to the field of Industrial Hygiene allowing introduce significant improvements for all. Safety and Industrial Hygiene allow a better development of staff within the workshop, with the expectation of an adaptation of the tasks and activities according to the physical capabilities of operators, with the elimination or minimization of physical, chemical, ergonomic and biological, and establishing an awareness of safety and health at work. |
