| dc.description | This research work was developed in Imhotepcon Cía. Ltda. company in Latacunga canton, in which an a Tax Audit was conducted with the issuing aim a report according to the examination results. The development research presents next methods; inductive, which one allowed knowing theoretical information that serves as an important base of the research, and the deductive method which allowed knowing the current situation of the company. Through exposed topic where business problems has been determined when it register incoming Taxes, Withholding, and IVA. Making note that the accounting assistant needs training in tax issue. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación ha sido desarrollado en la empresa IMHOTEPCON CÍA. LTDA., del Cantón Latacunga, en el que se realizó una Auditoria Tributaria con el objetivo de emitir un informe de acuerdo a los resultados encontrados del examen realizado. El desarrollo del tema investigado tiene como alcance los métodos: inductivo, el mismo que permitió conocer los fundamentos teóricos que sirvió como base importante de la investigación, y el método deductivo que permitió conocer la situación actual de la compañía, A través del tema expuesto se ha podido determinar que la empresa tiene problemas al momento de declarar su impuesto a la Renta, Retenciones e IVA. Logrando constatar que el auxiliar contable necesita capacitación en el tema tributario, sin embargo los hallazgos encontrados no afectan legal y económicamente a la compañía, lo que permite emitir un informe que contenga conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo realizado. | es_ES |
