| dc.description | This study establishes the identification of beneficial bacteria which are in the “La Calzada” sector. Thus, a sample was done systematically, covering the entire area which took a representative number of samples in different parts of the wetland and at various depths. Basically, it determines the aerobic and the anaerobic conditions of an ecosystem under which microorganisms grow up. Es así que se realizó un muestreo en forma sistemática, cubriendo la totalidad del área del cual se tomó un número representativo de muestras en diferentes partes del humedal y a diversas profundidades. Fundamentalmente por las condiciones aerobias y anaerobias que posee un ecosistema y sobre las cuales se desarrollan los microorganismos. En este estudio se manejaron variedad de métodos: analítico, el científico y de campo.
