dc.descriptionThis research was carried out to identify situations (work environment) that in the field of metallurgy industry is making and these are perceived are stressful for employees and workers, identifying the connection between the perceived stress with psychological well – being and satisfaction job. This research was done in Novacero Industrial Company S.A. located in Lasso Cotopaxi province. The main objective of this research was to carry out a deep compilation and structuring information concerning and relevant about at works stress, this can cause burnout and psychological problems into the people, for this reason relevant aspects were analysed such as work stress concepts, work stress evolution, types of stressors, types of work stress, therefore, there are different techniques, strategies and tips to help reducing the stress level and improving the work performance….es_ES
