dc.descriptionThe present work was developed in the UEB wine of Bayamo city, the same one had for general objective to evaluate the level of energy administration in the company. This is guided to the development of the Energy Administration in the Companies of high consumption of conventional energy payees. Firstly we decided to carry out a diagnosis by the whole installation where they took the approaches for the evaluation and integral diagnosis of the production system. dc.description.abstractEl siguiente trabajo se realizó en la UEB vinos Bayamo, perteneciente al Ministerio de la industria ligera. Este, está encaminado al desarrollo de la Gestión Energética en las Empresas de alto consumo de portadores energéticos convencionales. Primeramente se decidió realizar un diagnóstico de recorrido por toda la instalación donde se tomaron los criterios para la evaluación y diagnóstico integral del sistema de producción. Luego se aplicaron las herramientas de la Tecnología de Gestión Total Eficiente de la Energíaes_ES
