| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo realizar un plan de capacitación tributaria para los socios del sector transportista; con el propósito de conocer la situación actual de la empresa se aplicó encuestas dirigidas a los socios y una entrevista al Gerente de la Compañía de transportes pesados Lamanence S.A, los resultados obtenidos permitieron orientar la realización del manual con temas de acuerdo a las necesidades reales de los socios; además se realizó el análisis FODA con sus matrices y ponderaciones donde se aprecia que la impuntualidad de las declaraciones tributarias y la ausencia de capacitaciones sobre temas de tributación son las debilidades más preocupantes; además del desconocimiento sobre el uso de la plataforma DIMM para realizar sus declaraciones en el SRI los cuales ocasionan muchas veces multas y gasto innecesarios. | es_ES |
