| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo del presente trabajo investigativo se llevó a cabo dentro del sector agropecuario, perteneciente al cantón la Maná, centrándose en los productores de banano orito, con el objeto de mejorar el conocimiento y cumplimiento de la cultura tributaria en estos; el origen del proyecto radica en que en el transcurso de los últimos años, el conocimiento, cumplimiento e importancia de la tributación y las Leyes que le rigen a está, orientadas hacia los productores y comercializadores de banano orito; este tipo de leyes suelen ser cambiantes en cada momento, y esto ocasiona los productores y comercializadores de banano orito no conozcan acerca de las modificaciones de la misma y por ende no cumplir adecuadamente con estas normas. Para la aplicación y puesta en marcha del proyecto se tomó como objeto estudio global de las Asociaciones por comercializadores y productores de banano orito; en esta se pudo evidenciar un desconocimiento sobre las obligaciones tributarias y el cumplimiento de estas por partes de los socios que la integran; sobre la emisión de comprobantes de venta y retención. En cuanto a las obligaciones que tienen como contribuyentes se observó de igual manera que existe una inconsistencia en el cumplimiento de las misma, lo cual le suele generar cargos multas para los socios.... | es_ES |
