| dc.description | This research was focused on a problem the same refers to bullying and its impact on the conduct of students of the Education Unit "Tarcila Albornoz" bullying was given in different ways, these are psychological, physical, verbal and other manifestations of aggression. It was noted that verbal aggression, isolation and physical aggression are the most common ways of harassment, while the classroom, the court and playground, the places chosen for these aggressive acts. This phenomenon generates various consequences on teachers example, cases of underachievement Dropout, misconduct among others. Analyzing this situation the problem was investigated at the level of students while maintaining the purpose of the investigation to identify the types and more frequent manifestations of bullying among students present. The aim was to investigate bullying in the Education Unit "Tarcila Albornoz", through scientific research to determine its impact on student behavior, to meet the target was collected data by application and tabulation of surveys of teachers and managers and students of the educational unit mentioned above. In addition, bibliographic information that is scientific basis for this project was presented, different sources, among which may be mentioned were consulted: monographs, books, theses and electronic media. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se enfocó en un problema el mismo que se refiere al acoso escolar y su incidencia en la conducta de estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa “Tarcila Albornoz de Gross”, el acoso escolar se daba de diferentes maneras, estas son psicológicas, físicas, verbal entre otras manifestaciones de agresión. Se observó que las agresiones de forma verbal, aislamiento y la agresión física son las maneras de acoso más habituales, mientras que el aula, la cancha y los juegos infantiles, los lugares elegidos para estos hechos agresivos. Este fenómeno generaba diversas consecuencias en los dicentes ejemplo, casos de bajo rendimiento académico deserción escolar, mala conducta entre otros. Analizando esta situación se investigó dicho problema a nivel de los estudiantes manteniendo como propósito de la investigación el identificar los tipos y manifestaciones más frecuentes de acoso escolar presentes entre estudiantes. El objetivo fue indagar el acoso escolar en la Unidad Educativa “Tarcila Albornoz de Gross", mediante la investigación científica para determinar su incidencia en la conducta de los estudiantes, para cumplir con el objetivo se recolecto datos mediante la aplicación y tabulación de encuestas dirigidas a docentes y directivos y estudiantes de la unidad educativa mencionada anteriormente. Además, se presentó información bibliográfica que es base científica de este proyecto, se consultaron diferentes fuentes, entre las que se pueden mencionar: monografías, libros, tesis y medios electrónicos. Como resultados se logró identificar que el acoso escolar que sufren los estudiantes incide en la conducta de los estudiantes en forma negativa. | es_ES |
