| Resumen : | La resolución de conflictos mejora la convivencia dentro de las instituciones educativas, en este sentido el objetivo de esta investigación fue diagnosticar como intervienen las autoridades, docentes y padres de familia en los conflictos educativos a través de entrevistas y encuestas para analizarlos y discutirlos sirviendo de base para futuras investigaciones. Para esto se hizo necesario recurrir a la investigación bibliográfica-documental y a la aplicación de técnicas e instrumentos, como resultados se obtuvo datos precisos e importantes sobre el tema de estudio. Se conoce que dentro de las instituciones educativas se pueden generar conflictos de distinta naturaleza y estos terminarían afectando la correcta ejecución de las actividades tanto de estudiantes, docentes y autoridades, por este motivo tomar acciones a tiempo puede hacer la diferencia entre un buen o mal proceso de aprendizaje y buenos o malos procesos de convivencia o socialización. El trabajo estuvo enfocado a los estudiantes de cuarto nivel de educación general básica de la Unidad Educativa “Catorce de Julio- Juan Abel Echeverría”, a los padres de familia y a los docentes que diariamente interactúan con este grupo escolar. Como resultados del proyecto se pudo determinar que la resolución de conflictos permite tener un mejor ambiente institucional y un nivel más óptimo de los procesos de escolarización, de igual manera la comprensión del tema ha ayudado a desarrollar estrategias de afrontamiento y de solución de conflictos que ayudan a la configuración de estudiantes más tolerantes con los otros y con el contexto en el cual se desenvuelven día a día. También se pudo comprender que es imposible que dejen de existir problemas o conflictos dentro de las instituciones educativas, sin embargo lo realmente importante es saber manejarlos y encontrar la solución adecuada que ayuden a construir un escenario de respeto y comprensión frente a las distintas realidades que coexisten al interior de la unidad educativa entre estudiantes, padres de familia y docentes. |
| Descripción : | The resolution of conflicts improves the coexistence within educational institutions, in this sense, the objective of this research was diagnosed as involved authorities, teachers and parents in educational conflicts through interviews and surveys to analyze and discuss serving as a basis for future research. For this it was necessary to resort to the bibliographical-documentary research and the application of techniques and instruments, as results was obtained accurate and important information about the subject of study. Is known that within educational institutions can generate conflicts of different nature, and these would end affecting the correct execution of activities both of students, teachers and authorities, by this reason take actions in time can make the difference between a good or wrong process of learning and good or bad processes of coexistence or socialization. The work was focused to the students of the fourth year of basic education of the educational unit “Catorce de Julio- Juan Abel Echeverría”, parents and teachers who daily interact with the school group. As a result of the project it was determined that conflict resolution allows a better institutional environment and a higher level of schooling processes, as well as the understanding of the subject has helped develop strategies for coping and resolution of conflicts that help the configuration of students with each other and with the context in which they operate every day. Also was understood that it is impossible to stop existing problems or conflicts within educational institutions, however what is really important is knowing handle them and find the right solution to help to build a scenario of respect and understanding for the different realities that coexist within the educational unit among students, parents and teachers. |
