| dc.description | The present work is the result of the information compilation regarding the costs of the production of Jícama in the Experimental and Salache Production Center of the Technical University of Cotopaxi. The type of research was quantitative, for which we used scientific methods, deductive - inductive that allowed us to start from specific parts such as the existence of documentation and the analytical that was used to analyze the data granted by the Institution. To obtain results, surveys were applied to the people directly involved in the Jícama crop project, allowing this technique to give an analysis of the results and interpret and understand the problem that the Institution had. Product of the research field work of the Salache Experimental and Production Center, and to implement the following simulation of costs that was done by the research group, which will allow an efficient control of each of the expenses incurred, to That allows to know clarity the Total and Unitary Cost, of the kilogram of Jícama. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo es el resultado de la recopilación de información referente a los costos de la producción de Jícama en el Centro Experimental y de Producción Salache de la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi. El tipo de investigación fue de orden cuantitativo, para lo cual se utilizó métodos científicos, deductivo – inductivo que permitió partir de partes concretas como la existencia de documentación y el analítico que fue empleado para analizar los datos otorgados por la Institución. Para obtener resultados se aplicó encuestas a las personas involucradas de forma directa en el proyecto del cultivo de Jícama permitiendo con esta técnica dar un análisis de los resultados e interpretar y comprender el problema que tenía la Institución. Producto del trabajo de campo de investigación del Centro Experimental y Producción Salache, y que ponga la aplicación de la siguiente simulación de los costos que fue realizada por el grupo de investigación, lo cual permitirá controlar de forma eficiente cada una de los gastos incurridos, para que permita conocer con claridad el Costo Total y Unitario, del kilogramo de Jícama…. | es_ES |
