| Resumen : | El presente proyecto investigativo se desarrolló con el propósito de realizar un diagnóstico sobre la situación actual de la evaluación docente que busca una mejora en la calidad educativa, y analizar la importancia de dichas evaluaciones que indagan un buen desempeño docente. Así lo afirma el ministerio de educación al manifestar que la evaluación del didáctico no debe verse como un acto fiscalizador, sino como una forma de fomentar y favorecer su perfeccionamiento, ayudando al maestro a potencializar su perfil profesional, eligiendo de manera adecuada la metodología para lograr mejorar su desempeño junto con su estabilidad laboral y económica. Para ello se escogió como centro de estudio a los docentes del cantón Salcedo, primeramente elaborando la metodología conveniente y gestionando el debido permiso Distrital para la aplicación de las encuestas, las mismas que permitieron comprender de manera concreta la apreciación de los docentes respecto al tema de estudio.... |
| Descripción : | The present research project was developed with the purpose of developing a theoretical description of the current reality that the teachers live when being evaluated, and analyze the importance and necessity of these evaluations that seek the continuous improvement in the education together with a good teaching performance. This is stated by the Ministry of Education in stating that the evaluation of teaching should not be seen as a monitoring act, otherwise a way to encourage and favor teacher´s improvement, helping the teachers to enhance their professional profile, choose the methodology adequately to improve their performance along with their job and economic stability. For this purpose, teachers of the Salcedo Canton were chosen as the center of study, firstly managing the appropriate District permission for the application of the surveys, which allowed them to understand in a concrete way the teachers' appreciation of the subject.... |
