| Resumen : | La gestión técnica ayuda a identificar, evaluar, controlar y seguir los factores de riesgo que existen en el laboratorio de veterinaria ya que es una de los cuatro pilares importantes en el reglamento del Instrumento Andino de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo Resolución 957, también con la ayuda de resolución 513 del consejo directivo del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social. Al haber realizado el diagnóstico del funcionamiento y de la operación del laboratorio de Medicina Veterinaria en lo referente a la seguridad y salud ocupacional, se identifican las condiciones y actos inseguros con potencial a causar accidentes de trabajo elaborando un manual de trabajo seguro con medidas preventivas enfocadas a la reducción de los riesgos laborales. La presente investigación utilizo el método descriptivo, es decir que la información fue recolectada sin cambiar el entorno y se basó en la recolección de información por entrevistas, y con la ayuda de la matriz “INSHT” que admitieron un posterior análisis de la situación…. |
