| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como propósito indagar sobre los fundamentos epistemológicos de los diferentes procesos de evaluación docente y cómo influye en la mejora continua de la educación así como también aspectos asociados con la enseñanza-aprendizaje, además difundir información existente y favorecer a todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa, que incorporen la evaluación docente como lo establece el Ministerio de Educación por medio del Instituto Nacional de Evaluación Educativa (INEVAL), como un aspecto de conocimiento y nivel de preparación profesional de los maestros de tal manera que permita que los avances del aprendizaje sean permanentes en los estudiantes.... |
| Descripción : | This research aims to investigate the epistemological foundations of the different processes of teacher evaluation and how it influences the continuous improvement of education as well as aspects associated with teaching and learning, in addition to disseminating existing information and favoring all the members of the educational community, to incorporate the teaching evaluation as established by the Ministry of Education through the National Institute of Educational Evaluation (INEVAL), as an aspect of knowledge and level of professional preparation of teachers in a way that allows the progress of learning is permanent in students.
