This fact justifies the development of this Business Plan to increase and develop the Residencial el Salto. The body of work consisted of three stages which justify the theoretical feasibility, feasibility in terms of market behavior and the technical, economic and financial viability. In the theoretical part is making reference authors on the analysis and the importance of the business plan in companies.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLatacunga siendo una ciudad de paso entre las grandes ciudades comerciales que son Quito y Ambato y siendo parte del sistema turístico de Ecuador genera una alta demanda de hospedaje y alojamiento. Esta realidad justifica el desarrollo del presente Plan de Negocios para incrementar y desarrollar a la Residencial el Salto. El cuerpo del trabajo lo constituyen tres etapas las cuales permiten justificar la viabilidad teórica, la viabilidad en función del comportamiento del mercado y la viabilidad técnica, económica y financiera. En la parte teórica se toma la referencia de autores sobre el análisis y la importancia del plan de negocios en las empresas.es_ES
