| Resumen : | En la ciudad de Latacunga se evaluó la situación actual por la cual se está atravesando, y se identifico un alto índice de mendicidad por lo que se ve necesario crear una fundación de ayuda social. El objetivo es reinsertar a las personas que se encuentran en situación de riesgo, el mismo que permitirá brindar atención oportuna y adecuada, para lo cual la investigación se aplico los instrumentos como la encuesta y observación, estableciendo así que existe mendicidad en el Cantón Latacunga. En lo que respecta a resultados se pudo constatar que hay un número moderado de indigentes en la ciudad, demostrando así que es muy necesario cambiar la imagen de nuestro cantón ya que este tema es de gran preocupación para la colectividad |
| Descripción : | In the city of Latacunga assessed the current situation which is going through, as there is a high rate of begging for what is necessary to create a foundation of social assistance. The aim is to reintegrate people who are at risk, the same that will provide timely and adequate care, for which the research was applied as the survey instruments and observation, establishing there begging in city Latacunga. With respect to the results it was found that there is a moderate number of homeless in the city, showing that it is very necessary to change the image of our county as this issue is of great concern to the community. |
