dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación fue realizado en la Empresa Avícola Pinar del Río, la cual radicada en la Calle Mariana Grajales No.70 Pinar del Río, perteneciente a la Unión de empresas del Combinado Avícola Nacional (UECAN) y tiene como objetivo: Rediseñar la Estrategia de Dirección aplicando técnicas y procedimientos actualizados que permite incrementar la eficiencia y eficacia en el proceso de Gestión Empresarial, ya que no se cuenta con un Diseño Estratégico bien definido, ni actualizado que permita la consecución y cumplimiento de objetivos a largo plazo.es_ES
