| Resumen : | El siguiente trabajo investigativo se realizó en el Área de Pulpado de la Empresa de Conservas de Vegetales “La Conchita”. Se tomó como objetivo general de la investigación: elaborar una propuesta para la mejora del Sistema de Seguridad y Salud del Trabajo en el Área de Pulpado de Concentrado de Tomate. Se trazaron además los siguientes objetivos específicos: analizar la normativa cubana NC: 18 001 y las resoluciones vigentes en el campo de la Seguridad y Salud del Trabajo en el área, diagnosticar las condiciones actuales de la seguridad industrial y los principales riesgos laborales en el Área de Pulpado de Concentrado de Tomate y proponer soluciones para minimizar los riesgos laborales descubiertos y los problemas de seguridad detectados. Se arribaron a las siguientes conclusiones: La mayoría de los riesgos identificados en el área son severos provocando que el ambiente de trabajo sea inseguro. La deficiente gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en el área objeto de estudio se debe a problemas organizativos. La aplicación del plan de acción propuesto a los problemas detectados y del Manual de Seguridad para el Área de Pulpado permitirá minimizar los riesgos para perfeccionar el Sistema de Seguridad y Salud del Trabajo de la empresa. |
| Descripción : | The following investigative work was carried out in the area of Concentrated Tomato in the Company of Preserves of Vegetables "La Conchita." It took as general objective of the investigation: to elaborate a proposal for the improvement of the System of Security and Health of the Work in the Area of Concentrated Tomato. The following specific objectives were traced: to analyze studies of norms and resolutions of the Security and Health of the Work in the area, to diagnose the current conditions of the industrial security and the main labor risks and to propose solutions to minimize the risks labor and the detected problems of security. The principal conclusions were: Most of the risks identified in the area are severe causing that the work atmosphere is insecure. The faulty administration of the Security and Health in the Work in the area study object are due to organizational problems. The application of the action plan proposed to the detected problems and of the Manual of Security for the area will allow minimizing the risks to perfect the System of Security and Health of the Work of the company. |
