| Resumen : | En el presente proyecto la problemática que se analizó son las producciones audiovisuales en términos de interculturalidad realizadas por el Departamento de Comunicación del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Pujilí, las cuales están enfocadas desde una mirada blanco-mestiza referente a las personas que residen en varias parroquias o comunidades rurales del cantón. Esto se ha podido evidenciar desde la página web, redes sociales (Facebook y Twitter) y medios de comunicación local en los que se publica regularmente información con respecto a varias actividades desarrolladas dentro y fuera de la institución. El objetivo principal que planteó esta investigación fue analizar los contenidos audiovisuales del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Pujilí en términos de interculturalidad, ya que se interpretó el mensaje, el lenguaje y los recursos visuales que maneja el Departamento de Comunicación. A su vez, los objetivos específicos que se trazó en este proyecto fueron: Conceptualizar la interculturalidad en el manejo de productos audiovisuales, y a su vez, indagar sobre la comunicación en términos de interculturalidad, lo cual, permitió identificar los contenidos audiovisuales en términos de interculturalidad que serán objetos de estudio dentro del GADM de Pujilí, para así poder diseñar un audiovisual en términos de interculturalidad del cantón Pujilí. |
| Descripción : | In this Project, audiovisual productions were analyzed in terms of interculturality performed by the Communications Department of the autonomous decentralized government of Pujilí canton, which are focused on a blanco-mestiza perspective concerning to people who live in several parishes or rural communities of the canton. This has been able to demonstrate through the website, social networks (Facebook and Twitter) and the local media which regularly publish information regarding the activities inside and outside the institution. The main objective that raised this research was to analyze the audiovisual content of the autonomous decentralized government of Pujilí canton in terms of interculturalism, message, language and the visual resources handled by the Department of communication were interpreted. At the same time, the specific objectives that raised in this project were: conceptualizing the interculturality in the management of audio-visual products, and at the same time, inquire about communication in terms of interculturality, which allowed to identify audiovisual content in terms of intercultural objects of study within the GADM of Pujilí, so an audiovisual can be designed in terms of interculturalism of Pujilí canton. |
