The present research was carried out in the Sanctuary Community of Baños, belonging to Mejía Canton, Pichincha province. The aim of this research was to evaluate the vegetative propagation by means of the use of two types of muicle stakes (Justicia spicigera) without leaves and with leaves, using vegetable extracts and rooting substances such as Aloe vera, Clitoria ternatea and Biotrack-O2. A Randomized Complete Design (RCD) with factorial arrangement of AxBxC (2x2x2+4) was used; where the A Factor is the types of stakes (leafy and leafless stakes), the factor B is the plant extracts (Aloe vera and Clitoria ternatea) and the factor C is the concentrations of the extracts (5% and 10%), so the research has 12 treatments with five repetitions. The taking of the variables root volume (cc), root weight (gr), root length (cm), plant height (cm), plant weight (gr), number of leaves and number of sprouts were made at 15,30,45 and 60, besides the percentage of rooting at the beginning of the experimentation during the adaptation process (60 days). Through the interpretation of the results, it was determined that the treatment E2T1C2 (Cuttings without leaves + CT at 10%) generated the highest number of leaves (172) and number of sprouts (36.6) at 60 days; similar results were obtained with the treatment E1T1C2 (Cuttings with leaves + CT at 10%) generating significant values in the variable a plant height (48.5 cm) and plant weight of 41.92 gr. While in the variables related to the root system, the control treatment in commercial rooting Biotrack E1AB (Stakes with leaves) showed better results, with a root length of 54.4 cm, a root weight of 10.97 gr and a root volume of 8.6 cc. The cost/benefit ratio with respect to the execution of the project was defined as being profitable, since the commercialization of each of J.spicigera's plants generates profits of $4.53, giving a total profit of $54,36 per treatment.es_ES
