| dc.description | Food establishments at national at global level are one of the most representative components and services offeteing the plant ,and therefore of a place, for this reason is the main problem of food supply service at Sigchos canton during the last years It has been the lack of registration of different establishments currently existing there, since most of them are not found in any cantonal cadastre, that is why through different processes and research methods it was possible to cover this problem ; For this, a situational diagnosis of the canton in question was carried out, through a research in primary and secondary forts where it was possible to compile and form a baseline with economic, social, environmental and tourist information aspects; Consequently, an inventory food services was carried out the application the form for inventory of tourist plant food and beverages of MINTUR technical sheets, inventory card which served to characterize existing establishments; 43 places were inventories the among the categories the restaurant, bar and cafeteria; From this, an analysis was made taking into account certain parameters such as: good practices and food handling, service and infrastructure, resulting in only 15 establishments net had the minimum technical standards for operation were taken,inte account and are the ones that are listed in the catalog; There is information such as the owner's name; address, name, and category of the establishment, there is also a referential photograph, services and infrastructure. It is in this way that the entire research project will contribute to the promotion and development of tourism in the canton by having a catalog that will help tourists to choose one or another establishment according to their choice. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Los establecimientos de alimentación a nivel nacional y mundial son uno de los componentes y servicios ofertantes de la planta turística y por ende de un lugar, por esta razón existe la principal problema de la oferta del servicio de alimentación en el cantón Sigchos durante los últimos años ha sido la falta de registro de los diferentes establecimientos existentes en la actualidad, ya que la mayoría de ellos no se encuentran en ningún catastro cantonal, es por ello que a través de diferentes procesos y métodos de investigación se logró cubrir dicho problema. Para esto se realizó un diagnóstico situacional del cantón en mención, a través de la investigación en fuentes primarias y secundarias donde se pudo recopilar y formar una línea base con información sobre aspectos económicos, sociales, ambientales y turísticos; consecuente a ello se realizó un inventario de la servicios de alimentación a través de la aplicación de la ficha para inventario de planta turística /alimentos y bebidas del MINTUR, que sirvieron para caracterizar los establecimientos existentes; se logró inventariar 43 lugares entre las categorías de restaurante, bar y cafetería. A partir de ello se hizo un análisis tomando en cuenta ciertos parámetros como: buenas prácticas y manipulación de alimentos, servicio e infraestructura dando como resultado que solamente se tomó en cuenta a 15 establecimientos que cumplieron con las normas técnicas mínimas para funcionamiento y son los que consten en el catálogo; se encuentra información como el nombre del propietario/a; dirección, nombre, categoría del establecimiento, además existe una fotografía referencial, servicios e infraestructura; es de esta manera que todo el proyecto de investigación contribuirá a la promoción y desarrollo del turismo en el cantón teniendo un catálogo que ayudará a los turistas para optar por uno u otro establecimiento de acuerdo a su elección. | es_ES |
