| dc.description | The present project research has as objective the study of Social Balance as a measument tool and Social Responsability control in cooperativista segment I, Latacunga canton, period 2016-2017, being the saving credit union the the main ways to the economic develoment of Ecuador, these institutions provide services to the groups improving the life quality by which the saving credit union should have a data system that allows to show the different activities are done. It has to be aligned to the SEPS nomrs and it was important to make a Social Balance analysis as a tool that gives information in a detailed way about activities that are done in things related to economics, social and environment. The data collected about the Social Balances given by the saving union credit helped to determine the level of fullfilness of the 7 principles by ACI. With the results obteined, it was determined that the social balance is a tool liked to satisfy common interest among people. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto de investigación tiene como finalidad el estudio del Balance Social como herramienta de medición y control de la Responsabilidad Social en el sector cooperativista del segmento I del cantón Latacunga, períodos 2016 – 2017, de esta forma el sector cooperativo ha tenido un crecimiento impresionante de entidades financieras creando una competencia entre cooperativas, estas instituciones buscan mejorar la calidad de vida, publican sus diferentes actividades que están realizando, por lo tanto fue importante realizar un análisis del Balance Social que proporciona información sobre las actividades realizadas en el ámbito económico, social y medio ambiental. Hemos utilizado técnicas bibliográficas, investigación de campo como es la aplicación de encuestas a los gerentes de las cooperativas, análisis de los Balances Sociales. De la información obtenida se pudo determinar el nivel de cumplimiento de los 7 principios establecidos por la ACI. Teniendo una incidencia que vincula a satisfacer intereses en común de las personas, así incluye resultados positivos siendo la ayuda a los grupos de interés como negativos que son consecuencias de propósitos no cumplidos por las instituciones. | es_ES |
