The word daltonism comes from the English "daltonism", derived from the surname of the English physicist and chemist John Dalton (1766-1844), who suffered from this disease and was the first to describe it. The social problems experienced by people who suffer from color blindness is genetic and has no cure as such, this encourages rejection, shame and feelings of incompetence to not be able to identify the colors normally. The device aims to solve this problem based on the use of new control techniques, using neural networks in which the characteristics of the colors are entered in RGB code (Red, Green and Blue) and thus weighs the values to binary code and through training of the neural network is achieved better learning results and obtain the desired output. By means of the programming that is carried out in Arduino and with the help of the RGB diode (Red, Green and Blue) the values obtained by the photoresistor are stored and these data are compared with those of the neuronal network, so if they enter the range established by the neuronal network the name of the color will be printed on the LCD screen (Liquid Crystal Display) and a speaker will help audibly to identify the colors. The color identification prototype has very few limitations compared to other devices that focus on helping colorblind people. In order to verify the functioning of the prototype, the identification of several colors was established, resulting in 96% effectiveness. In addition, interviews were conducted with colorblind people, highlighting the inclusion of the device in what the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador states in Section Six of Article 47 on Persons with Disabilities.es_ES
