In this way, to be able to seek the integration of the system based on the technological infrastructure that the company possesses and anticipate high costs that are not within its reach. This will serve for better document management offered by the company to customers in order to provide confidence and better service.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa tecnología en la actualidad ha tenido un gran impacto en el desarrollo del mundo, es por eso que las empresas recurren al desarrollo de sistemas que reduzcan procesos y permitan incrementar su capital; por todo esto implementar un sistema web y móvil es importante para cubrir la necesidad de las empresas de cumplir con requerimientos que fortalezcan su funcionamiento, teniendo en cuenta que se debe realizar basándose siempre en el cumplimento y satisfacción por parte del cliente. De esta manera poder buscar la integración del sistema en base a la infraestructura tecnológica que posee la empresa y prever de costos elevados que no estén al alcance de la misma. Esto servirá para una mejor gestión documental que ofrece la empresa a los clientes con la finalidad de brindar confianza y un mejor servicio.es_ES
