| dc.description | The Santa Luisa de Marillac Private Educational Unit is a private institution in Machachi, Pichincha province. It has 43 employees in different areas of the organization. The project with the theme "Internal communication in the organizational development of the Santa Luisa de Marillac Private Educational Unit" focused on internal communication in the organizational development of the institution. The objective of the research was to analyze the internal communication for the Organizational Development of the Santa Luisa de Marillac Private Educational Unit during the first quarter. In this research was used quantitative and inductive method, the direct observation technique was used as an instrument, the questionnaire, interview, and observation sheet were used, it is concluded that the institution does not have innovative technological tools to promote interaction and adequate communication among its members, the implementation of an internal communication plan is proposed as a proposal, where an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning; Business) that allows the integration of all collaborators, achieving a more formal communication and an efficient organizational development that contributes to the fulfillment of institutional goals and objectives | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La Unidad Educativa Particular Santa Luisa de Marillac es una institución de carácter privado que se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Machachi, provincia Pichincha, Cuenta con 43 empleados en las diferentes áreas de la organización. El proyecto con el tema “La comunicación interna en el desarrollo organizacional de la Unidad Educativa particular Santa Luisa de Marillac” se centró en la comunicación interna en el desarrollo organizacional de la institución. El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la comunicación interna para el Desarrollo Organizacional de la Unidad Educativa particular Santa Luisa de Marillac durante el primer trimestre, la investigación fue de corte cuantitativo, se utilizó el método inductivo, se empleó la técnica de observación directa, como instrumento se empleó el cuestionario, entrevista y ficha de observación, se concluye que la institución no cuenta con herramientas tecnológicas innovadoras para fomentar la interacción y comunicación adecuada entre sus miembros, se plantea como propuesta la implementación un plan de comunicación interna, donde se incrementará un ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning; Planificador de Recursos Empresariales) que permita la integración de todos los colaboradores, logrando una comunicación más formal y un desarrollo organizacional eficiente que aporte al cumplimiento de metas y objetivos institucionales. | es_ES |
