dc.descriptionThe investigation was aimed at solving the following problem: Is job stability, being a right recognized by National and International Legislation, being violated in its effective exercise by the figure of provisionalism and temporality?, and the objective was determined: Establish the right of job stability as an inherent fact of hiring to promote and allow the general and complete development of the workers of the Latacunga municipal GAD, guaranteeing a dignified life. The quantitative approach to research is assumed, descriptive research. Analytical, synthetic, deductive, and survey methods are used, and the questionnaire is used as techniques and instruments..es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa investigación se orientó a resolver el siguiente problema: ¿La estabilidad laboral siendo un derecho reconocido por la Legislación Nacional e Internacional está siendo violentada en su ejercicio eficaz por la figura del provisionalismo y la temporalidad?, y se determinó como objetivo: Establecer el derecho de estabilidad laboral como un hecho inherente a la contratación para fomentar y permitir el desarrollo general y completo de los trabajadores del GAD municipal Latacunga garantizando una vida digna. Se asume el enfoque cuantitativo de la investigación, la investigación de tipo descriptiva. Se emplean los métodos analítico, sintético, deductivo, y la encuesta y como técnicas e instrumentos se emplea el cuestionarioes_ES
