| Resumen : | El presente estudio investigativo propone la elaboración de un Proceso Administrativo del complejo recreacional turístico Santa Clara, Cantón Santa Clara, Provincia de Pastaza, se realizó mediante trabajo de campo e información primaria y secundaria. En el primer capítulo se analizó la situación actual del turismo, su influencia en el desarrollo del cantón para ello se plasmó un diagnóstico situacional, identificando los hechos socio económicos, culturales, turísticos y ambientales, mediante matrices PEST y FODA con el fin de identificar factores actuales externos e internos de la empresa. |
| Descripción : | The present research has the purpose of creating an Administrative Process for the tourist and recreational Complejo Santa Clara, situated at Santa Clara Canton, Pastaza Province, for this, it was necessary to do the work on that place for getting a primary information, then a secondary one. The first chapter analizes the present situation of the tourism and its influence for the development town, it has been done a situational diagnosis by identification of social, cultural, economic, tourist and environmental facts in the canton by matrixes PEST and FODA to identify the present internal and external factors of this Enterprise. |
