| Resumen : | El presente trabajo investigativo se enmarca en la estructuración del proceso administrativo para el laboratorio de interpretación turística de la Carrera de Ingeniería en Ecoturismo de la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi, su contenido pauta la consolidación objetiva de información que define los procesos necesarios que regirá el funcionamiento idóneo del área de estudio. La investigación se despliega en tres capítulos, el primer trata del diagnóstico situacional y de la fundamentación teórica sobre el ámbito administrativo, del laboratorio que permite guiar la investigación, el segundo capítulo define la propuesta metodológica misma que está direccionada por la investigación bibliográfica y descriptiva que permite indagar en varias bibliografías que ayuda al trabajo a desarrollar, apoyada en los métodos inductivos, deductivo y descriptivo, basadas en fuentes primarias y secundarias que permita argumentar la entrevista realizada, con la finalidad de recopilar datos e información concreta para el desarrollo del Procesos Administrativo, además de cumplir con los indicadores del Consejo de Evaluación…. |
| Descripción : | This research work is part of the administrative process structuring laboratory tourist interpretation in carrer engineering at the technical University of Cotopaxi. The investigation has three chapters, the first is the theoretical foundation of the laboratory’s administrative area, help in to guide and theoretically substantiate the research, the second chapter defines the methodology itself which is addressed by the literature and descriptive research that allows investigate several bibliographies that helps develop the work, based on inductive, deductive, descriptive methods, based on primary and secondary sources allow the interview to argue, in order to collect data and specific information for the development of the Administrative Process, plus meet with flags of the Board of Assessment, Accreditation and quality Assurance in Higher Education (CEAACES) requiring accreditation processes to achieve quality education, the components of the administrative process is structured considering the four fundamental steps such as planning governed by the strategic, operational and action plans, the organization based on structural and functional organizational structure as well as the processes and procedures must be developed…. |
