| dc.description.abstract | La investigación tiene como finalidad primordial diseñar un Manual de Control Interno para la fábrica “Lácteos Amazonas” ya que es una herramienta fundamental para poder corregir las falencias del proceso administrativo y operativo dentro de la institución, cabe mencionar que un Control Interno adecuado protege los recursos existentes de una organización, también ayuda a desarrollar las actividades operacionales de manera eficiente y ordenada.
