| dc.description | The Conservation Program seeks an analysis of the environmental issues at the Quillán Resort as the effect of multiple human activities such as: agriculture, fish farming, livestock and tourism. To achieve this it was necessary to develop a diagnosis based on the application of the Rapid Ecological Assessment (EER for its acronym in spanish) which considered the vegetation as one of the factors that provide information to define the ways human activities influenced this area. In addition from the results of the SWOT matrix it was possible to establish the main problems that required actions and where decisions had to be prioritized for a short term solution. Using the cause-effect matrix it was possible to target specific problems with strategies that aimed each problem. A full program with 7 subprograms were developed, which contained a number of features that are proposed to implement actions in order to minimize the negative effects found during the diagnostic. It is worth mentioning that the program was directed to water conservation and as well as that each action that have been proposed was stablished to contribute mainly to contribute to the development of best practices of human activities that affect the environment promoting a sustainable management, considering the environment, economic and social scopes involved in the study area. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El Programa de Conservación pretende un análisis de las problemáticas ambientales en el Centro Turístico Quillán como efecto de las múltiples actividades tales como: la producción agrícola, la piscicultura, la ganadería y el turismo, para se realizó un diagnóstico en base a la aplicación de la Evaluación Ecológica Rápida (EER) considerando a la vegetación como uno de los factores que permitió determinar cómo la actividad humana ha influido sobre ella. Además se priorizaron los resultados obtenidos de la Matriz FODA donde se pudo establecer los principales problemas que requieren de acciones y decisiones a corto plazo. Con ayuda de la Matriz Causa-Efecto se logró proponer estrategias en base a los cuales se desarrollaron 7 subprogramas que van dentro del programa de conservación como tal, mismo que contiene una serie de características que permitieron la propuesta de acciones encaminadas a minimizar los efectos que se encontraron durante el diagnóstico del área de estudio. Cabe mencionar que el programa está direccionado a la conservación hídrica y pues bien cada una de las acciones que se han propuesto va a tener un gran aporte a mejorar las acciones humanas sobre los diferentes recursos procurando un adecuado manejo, enmarcándose en los pilares de la sostenibilidad. | es_ES |
