Abstract
This present researching work was developed at the Cotopaxi Technical University in order to improve student's pronunciation of Second Level of English Career, where the researchers used inductive-deductive investigative method which focused a clear view of the problem, it allowed to identify its causes and effects of the students of English Career. The main objective that guided this research was: to design a basic phonological handbook aimed at improving the student's pronunciation of the Second Level of English Career. As well as, the surveys were applied to teachers and students of the same Career, who helped us with information based on their own experiences inside the teaching learning process. The results were useful for all who are related with the Teaching Learning Process of English, designed to improve pronunciation. For this reason, the researchers show the proposal, which was elaborated taking account the requirements of the students, about the phonologic aspects, assisting directly to the students.
