| Resumen : | El presente informe de investigación inició al identificar una notable inconsistencia en el trabajo docente con estudiantes que presentan Necesidades Educativas Especiales, se estructuró con base en la recopilación de aportes teóricos relevantes sobre gestión docente e inclusión educativa. El objetivo general de la investigación está centrado en desarrollar un modelo de gestión docente para la inclusión educativa, en la Unidad Educativa Juan Pablo II, ya que al poseer esta herramienta sobre gestión docente permite a la comunidad educativa fortalecer y proporcionar mejoras diarias y así dar respuesta a las condiciones que exige el Ministerio de Educación en el accionar docente con los estudiantes con Necesidades Educativas Especiales. |
| Descripción : | This research report began by identifying a notable inconsistency in the teaching work with students with Special Educational Needs, it was structured based on the collection of relevant theoretical contributions on teacher management and educational inclusion. The general objective of the research is focused on developing a teacher management model for educational inclusion, in the Juan Pablo II Educational Unit, since having this tool on teacher management allows the educational community to strengthen and provide daily improvements and thus give response to the conditions required by the Ministry of Education in teaching activities with students with Special Educational Needs. |
