| Resumen : | El objetivo general de la investigación fue desarrollar una propuesta para la creación de un centro de interpretación cultural en la comunidad Ponce Quilotoa, parroquia Zumbahua se empleó la investigación cualitativa con alcance exploratorio, de esta forma se extrajo información de fuentes primarias mediante encuestas, entrevistas y salidas de campo para realizar los estudios necesarios para la implementación del proyecto. Enmarcada dentro de la investigación cualitativa, por cada objetivo específico se desarrollaron los respectivos procesos. Así, en el estudio de mercado se aplicó encuestas a los visitantes de la laguna de Quilotoa mediante las preguntas de opción múltiple permitieron establecer qué actividades proponer para el turista además en la salida de campo pude observar tres competencias directas a los administradores de estos lugares ejecuté una entrevista y saber la opinión que tenía sobre un centro interpretativo en la parroquia y poder desarrollar un producto para los turistas quienes visiten, se ha procedido realizar el análisis sobre la publicidad del centro ya contaba con el logo por parte de la Asociación en donde se encuentra las instalaciones de los inmuebles que se va a utilizar, en el estudio técnico del centro interpretativo que tendrá un área de 2.105,25 m² contara con un espacio físico acogedor que estará dividida para la exposición de artesanías por secciones conforme a los planos establecidos como; sala de tallado, sala de tejidos, sala audiovisual, parqueaderos, recepción y servicios higiénico con condiciones aptos para el uso de los visitantes. Actualmente ya se cuenta con la infraestructura para poder renovar se necesita aproximadamente 18.186,5 $ que serán asumidos por los socios, administrativo legal se ejecutó parámetros que contiene una planificación de cómo será el centro interpretativo que contiene misión, visión, valores y política que será cumplida por quienes trabajen en el centro y visitantes en organización se encuentra cómo se organiza el centro interpretativo y las funciones que tendrán cada personal en el sitio la dirección contiene los direccionamientos que tiene este centro interpretativo durante el funcionamiento y en control se ha creado dos hojas en donde la primera hoja es para controlar en ingreso de turista con la recopilación de información importante de los visitantes mientras la segunda hoja es para el control de empleados, artesanos en donde se recopila información básica, horarios de ingreso y salida finalmente se efectuó un análisis porque el centro interpretativo se encuentra dentro de las instalaciones de la Asociación de Servicios Turísticos Torre Loma que es una asociación legal según la ley orgánica de economía popular y solidaria. En el análisis de gastos y social; se ejecutó análisis de los gastos que se contempla de las actividades, gestión, restauración y equipamiento del centro interpretativo a nivel social el centro tendrá un impacto positivo alto y viabilidad del centro interpretativo. |
| Descripción : | The general objective of the research was to develop a proposal for the creation of a cultural interpretation center in the Ponce Quilotoa community, Zumbahua parish. Qualitative research with exploratory scope was used, in this way information was extracted from primary sources through surveys, interviews and field trips to carry out the necessary studies for the implementation of the project. Framed within the qualitative research, the respective processes were developed for each specific objective. Thus, in the market study surveys were applied to visitors of the Quilotoa lagoon through multiple choice questions allowed to establish what activities to propose for the tourist also in the field trip I could observe three direct competitions to the administrators of these places I executed an interview and know the opinion they had about an interpretive center in the parish and to develop a product for tourists who visit, we proceeded with the analysis of the advertising of the center already had the logo by the Association where the facilities of the properties to be used are located, in the technical study of the interpretive center that will have an area of 2. 105.25 m² will have a cozy physical space that will be divided for the exhibition of handicrafts by sections according to the established plans such as; carving room, weaving room, audiovisual room, parking, reception and toilets with conditions suitable for the use of visitors. Currently the infrastructure is already in place and in order to renovate it, approximately $18,186.5 is needed. 186.5 $ that will be assumed by the partners, legal administrative parameters were executed containing a planning of how will be the interpretive center that contains mission, vision, values and policy that will be fulfilled by the partners, The organization contains how the interpretive center is organized and the functions that each staff will have on the site. The direction contains the directions that this interpretive center has during its operation and in control two sheets have been created where the first sheet is to control the entrance of tourists with the collection of important information of the visitors while the second sheet is for the control of employees, Finally, an analysis was made because the interpretive center is located within the facilities of the Torre Loma Tourist Services Association, which is a legal association according to the Organic Law of Popular and Solidarity Economy. In the cost and social analysis, an analysis of the costs of the activities, management, restoration and equipment of the interpretive center was carried out; at the social level, the center will have a high positive impact and viability of the interpretive center. |
