| Resumen : | El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Intercultural del Cantón Pujilí, ejecuta de manera manual la atención de todos los servicios requeridos por la ciudadanía, así como los procesos internos de la administración y demás información pública generada por las diferentes direcciones de la institución lo cual implica que las actividades inherentes de atención y servicio a la ciudadanía se vuelvan limitantes y no permiten su eficacia en la administración pública. Por esta razón la presente investigación tuvo por objetivos: fundamentar las bases teóricas y conceptuales sobre el gobierno eléctrico, en los GADS Municipales, diagnosticar la situación actual de la gestión del gobierno electrónico en el GADMI del Cantón Pujilí, y proponer una estrategia para mejorar la gestión del Gobierno electrónico en el GADMI del cantón Pujilí. Para ello, se empleó una investigación cuantitativa de tipo descriptiva, se realizó una encuesta dirigida a una muestra de la población que pagan impuestos prediales en el cantón. Una vez obtenidos los resultados del diagnóstico situacional se pudo constatar que más del 50% de la población está de acuerdo con el desarrollo de un sistema informático que les permitiría realizar su gestión de manera más fácil y rápida. En este sentido, se presentó una propuesta basada en el desarrollo de un portal de atención ciudadana como herramienta del gobierno electrónico, que tiene como objetivo principal mejorar la interacción entre el gobierno y los ciudadanos, ofreciendo acceso fácil y conveniente a servicios gubernamentales, información y asistencia. Esta plataforma busca agilizar trámites,facilitar consultas y fomentar la participación de la ciudadanía. |
| Descripción : | The Intercultural Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Pujilí Canton, manually executes the attention of all the services required by citizens, as well as the internal processes of the administration and other public information generated by the different directorates of the institution, which implies that the activities inherent of attention and service to citizens become limiting and do not allow their effectiveness in public administration. For this reason, the objectives of this research were: to establish the theoretical and conceptual bases on electric government in the Municipal GADS, to diagnose the current situation of electronic government management in the GADMI of the Pujilí Canton, and to propose a strategy to improve the management of electronic Government in the GADMI of the Pujilí canton. For this, a descriptive quantitative research was used, a survey was carried out aimed at a sample of the population that pays property taxes in the canton. Once the results of the situational diagnosis were obtained, it was found that more than 50% of the population agrees with the development of a computer system that would allow them to carry out their management more easily and quickly. In this sense, a proposal was presented based on the development of a citizen service portal as an electronic government tool, whose main objective is to improve the interaction between the government and citizens, offering easy and convenient access to government services, information and attendance. This platform seeks to streamline procedures, facilitate consultations and encourage citizen participation. |
