| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de investigación se trata del DISEÑO DE UNA RUTA AGROTURÍSTICA – PARROQUIA EL CHAUPI – CANTÓN MEJÍA – PROVINCIA PICHINCHA”, cabe resaltar que la parroquia El Chaupi posee importantes atractivos turísticos naturales, culturales y agrícolas que pueden ser utilizados para el diseño de rutas agroturística. Para el desarrollo del primer objetivo se realizó la recopilación de información bibliográfica de fuentes primarias y secundarias a través de la revisión de Planes de desarrollo y ordenamiento territorial de la parroquia El Chaupi (PDOT, 2020-2044), libros, tesis relacionadas al tema de diseño de rutas agroturística. El segundo objetivo para la elaboración de un inventario de atractivos turísticos se empleó la metodología creada por la jerarquización de atractivos y generación de espacios turísticos del Ecuador (MINTUR), además se realizó el levantamiento y jerarquización de los atractivos turísticos, obteniendo como resultado 6 atractivos turísticos alrededor de la parroquia: 2 culturales, como son: la quesería artesanal Don Luis y la Iglesia El Chaupi; 4 naturales: Huerta Sacha, pesca deportiva La Vertiente, Reserva Ecológica Los Ilinizas y la Hacienda Jordán. Para el cumplimiento del tercer objetivo se diseñó la ruta agroturística, mediante la metodología SENA, la cual consiste en estructurar técnicamente una ruta agroturística en 4 fases: estructura de la ruta turística, determinación y selección de los servicios a incluir en la ruta, determinación de los costos y gastos de la operación determinación de precios y beneficios netos de operación. El nombre de la Ruta es “AGROTURISM LIVE” que en su traducción al español significa “AGROTURISMO VIVO” la ruta agroturística realizada consta de 6 paradas donde se visitaran atractivos turísticos como: la quesería artesanal Don Luis, Iglesia El Chaupi, Huerta Sacha, Pesca Deportiva La vertiente, Reserva Ecológica Los Ilinizas y Hacienda Jordán, de esta manera se propuso conocer los atractivos naturales y culturales que posee la misma. Por último, se logró identificar que los atractivos que la ruta agroturística ayudara al mejoramiento de infraestructura e ingresos económicos en la parroquia, al igual que se recomienda seguir con el proceso de innovación y creación de rutas turísticas ya sean culturales, naturales o agroturística para atraer turismo continúo en el sector. |

To fulfill the third objective, the agrotourism route was designed, using the SENA methodology, which consists of technically structuring an agrotourism route in 4 phases: structure of the tourist route, determination and selection of the services to be included in the route, determination of the costs and expenses of the operation, determination of prices and net operating benefits. The name of the Route is “AGROTURISM LIVE” which in its translation into Spanish means “LIVE AGROTURISM”. The agrotourism route consists of 6 stops where tourist attractions will be visited such as: the Don Luis artisanal cheese factory, El Chaupi Church, Huerta Sacha, Fishing Deportiva La vertiente, Los Ilinizas Ecological Reserve and Hacienda Jordán, in this way it was proposed to know the natural and cultural attractions that it has. Finally, it was possible to identify that the attractions that the agrotourism route would help to improve infrastructure and economic income in the parish, just as it is recommended to continue with the process of innovation and creation of tourist routes, whether cultural, natural or agrotourism to attract continuous tourism in the sector. |
