Resumen :	La presente investigación se centra en la Parroquia de Belisario Quevedo, situada en el Cantón Latacunga, Provincia de Cotopaxi. Belisario Quevedo se distingue por su desarrollo en productividad y ganadería, así como por extensas áreas verdes y escenarios naturales que propician la realización de diversas actividades recreativas, como caminatas, ciclismo, paseos en bote, deportes extremos, entre otros (GAD Belisario Quevedo, 2019). Esta investigación surge debido a la falta de información turística de la parroquia; por ello se planteó diseñar un mapa turístico interactivo que incluya información detallada sobre los servicios complementarios, atractivos turísticos y culturales, recursos e infraestructura turística disponible en la zona orientado a los visitantes locales y extranjeros. Como primer punto se contrastó la información bibliográfica obteniendo los atractivos, recursos e infraestructura turística de la parroquia, los inventarios disponibles empleados son el GAD provincial de Cotopaxi (2), GAD parroquial de Belisario Quevedo (12) y MINTUR (1); así también la aplicación de entrevistas a miembros del GAD parroquial y dueños de servicios complementarios, visitas in situ y salidas de campo que permitieron obtener información más detallada de la zona. La parroquia cuenta con 12 atractivos turísticos los cuales se dividen en: atractivos naturales (5) y atractivos culturales (7). En cuanto a infraestructura turística la parroquia cuenta con 30 los cuales se dividen en: servicios de alimentación y bebidas (20), actividades (3) y servicios de hospedaje (7). Para el diseño del mapa turístico interactivo se tomó en cuenta los principales atractivos parroquiales, señalización, servicios complementarios reales de la zona, entre otros elementos relevantes; toda la información obtenida se fundamenta en visitas in situ realizadas y en las entrevistas obtenidas. Los criterios para el diseño del mapa turístico fueron realizados conforme a las directrices de jerarquización del Ministerio de Turismo ecuatoriano (MINTUR), catastros, accesibilidad, categorización y fichas de inventario. El mapa interactivo de la parroquia de Belisario Quevedo cuenta con 12 atractivos turísticos y 30 de infraestructura turística. Este mapa representa un hito inicial para evidenciar el potencial turístico de la parroquia, sentando las bases para la creación de nuevos productos y proyectos turísticos que incentive a los habitantes a emprender y salvaguardar su patrimonio, contribuyendo de manera significativa a la mejora de la actividad económica local.
Descripción :	The present research focuses on the Belisario Quevedo Parish, located in the Latacunga Canton, Cotopaxi Province. Belisario Quevedo stands out for its productivity and livestock development, as well as extensive green areas and natural landscapes that encourage various recreational activities such as hiking, cycling, boat trips, extreme sports, among others (GAD Belisario Quevedo, 2019). This research arises due to the lack of tourist information about the parish; therefore, the goal was to design an interactive tourist map that includes detailed information about complementary services, tourist and cultural attractions, resources, and available tourist infrastructure in the area, aimed at both local and foreign visitors. As a first step, bibliographic information was contrasted, obtaining information about the tourist attractions, resources, and tourist infrastructure of the parish. The available inventories used include the provincial GAD of Cotopaxi (2), the parish GAD of Belisario Quevedo (12), and MINTUR (1). Interviews with members of the parish GAD and owners of complementary services, on-site visits, and field trips were also conducted to gather more detailed information about the area. The parish has 12 tourist attractions, which are divided into natural attractions (5) and cultural attractions (7). Regarding tourist infrastructure, the parish has 30, which are divided into food and beverage services (20), activities (3), and lodging services (7). For the design of the interactive tourist map, key considerations were given to the main parish attractions, signage, real complementary services in the area, and other relevant elements. All the information obtained is based on on-site visits and interviews. The criteria for the design of the tourist map were established in accordance with the guidelines of the Ecuadorian Ministry of Tourism (MINTUR), including prioritization, surveys, accessibility, categorization, and inventory sheets. The interactive map of the Belisario Quevedo Parish features 12 tourist attractions and 30 pieces of tourist infrastructure. This map represents an initial milestone in highlighting the tourist potential of the parish, laying the groundwork for the creation of new tourism products and projects that encourage residents to undertake and safeguard their heritage, contributing significantly to the improvement of local economic activity.
