| Resumen : | La Auditoría Integral es una herramienta que contribuye de forma eficaz, permitiendo evaluar los procedimientos de una empresa y detectar nuevas propuestas para mejorar, planteando políticas, objetivos y procedimientos que se consideren necesarios para lograr los resultados esperados. La aplicación de la Auditoria Integral en la empresa Sanbel Flowers Cía. Ltda. es, con el objetivo de comprobar si se cumplen los procedimientos establecidos y el desempeño de las actividades. Para desarrollar este estudio investigativo se utilizó la información real, directamente proporcionada por todo el personal y funcionarios que labora en la empresa, gracias la colaboración y mediante a la aplicación de los métodos investigativos como: la entrevista al gerente general, las encuestas realizadas al personal administrativo y a los trabajadores…. |
