| Resumen : | El objetivo del presente trabajo investigativo fue “contribuir con la reducción del alto índice de analfabetismo digital para garantizar el servicio de la docencia del colegio Monseñor Leónidas Proaño de la ciudad de Pujilí en el año lectivo 2014-2015”. Él problema investigado fue ¿Cómo incide analfabetismo digital en el desempeño docente? Los métodos que fueron utilizados son: el inductivo que permitió conocer la realidad dentro del proceso educativo permitiendo tener una visión clara de este problema; el analítico-sintético en la fundamentación teórica, ya que se pudo analizar ideas generals para luego recomponer en un concepto más relevante. Las conclusiones logradas a través de la recolección de información fueron: los docentes no utilizan los recursos tecnológicos, a veces utilizan las TICs en sus clases, no han recibido capacitación y continúan utilizando instrumentos de enseñanza tradicionales. La propuesta planteada constituye la alternativa de solución mediante cursos virtuales y un CD interactivo que son necesarios para el mejoramiento del desempeño docente. |
| Descripción : | The objective of this research work was to "contribute to reducing of the high rate of digital illiteracy to ensure the teaching service in the Monseñor Leónidas Proaño high school of Pujilí city during the school year 2014-2015." The investigated problem was: How digital illiteracy affects the teacher performance? The methods that were used are: the inductive allowed to know the reality into the educational process allowing to have a clear view of this problem; the synthetic-analytical in the theoretical foundation , as it could analyze general ideas and then rebuild in a more relevant concept. The conclusions reached through the data collection were: teachers don´t use technology resources so they sometimes use TICs in their classes, they haven´t received training and also they continue to use traditional teaching tools. The proposal put forward is the alternative of solution through virtual courses and with an interactive CD that are needed to improve the teacher´s performance. |
