| Resumen : | La investigación basada a nivel general en la tipología Recreación - Educación, específicamente en el Agroturismo como parte del sistema recreacional y alternativo en el Barrio Santa Ana del Pedregal, para lo cual se obtuvieron datos estadísticos del medio social y un conocimiento real del medio físico. El trabajo contiene un estudio de factibilidad de un Centro Agroturístico en el cual los turistas tengan la oportunidad de recrearse, conocer y convivir con las diferentes actividades que se realizan en el campo. Se realizó el diagnóstico del Barrio Santa Ana del Pedregal a nivel general, el análisis de la demanda se ejecuta con datos estadísticos del Ministerio del Ambiente del 2012, la información de la oferta turística se obtuvo de los establecimientos de similitud en el mismo sector, el inventario de los atractivos se efectúo de los existentes que rodean al barrio y también los que existen dentro del Parque Nacional Cotopaxi…. |
| Descripción : | In a general level the research is based on the Recreatión – Educatión typology specifically, in the farm system. As part of the Barrio Santa Ana del Pedregal recreational and alternative, for which statistical data of the social environment and a real knowledge of the physical environment were obtained. The work contains a feasibility study of an Agro-tourism center where tourists have the opportunity to recreate, learn and deal with the different activities related with the field. In this study, it was diagnosed of Barrio Santa Ana del Pedregal in a general level, demand analysis was performed with statistical data of the Ministry of the Environment 2012, the information of tourism was obtained from the local similarity in the same place, the inventory was performed of the attraction existing surrounding neighborhood and also those that exist within the Cotopaxi National Park, The architectural proposal was made according to the standars of architecture and the results of the demand, proposed an architectural model according to the physical environment…. |
