dc.descriptionThis research job has the main objective to do an operations manual for Laboratory Services in the Eco-tourism Engineering Major at the Technical University of Cotopaxi, which will serve as a reference for students of Latacunga and around the country, this manual has a collection information arranged properly in three chapters, as a first step by developing an adequate theoretical literature search in order to support this work adequately. In a second chapter applies regulations, national and international technical standards in order to carry out the Laboratory Services standards setting national and internationally. Finally structuring is performed in this manual, which explains it in simple way and detailed information on the proper handling to be given to the implements and materials for the lab, and through this guide both teachers and students of the Technical University of Cotopaxi student can perform their practices, thereby strengthening their knowledge.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de tesis tiene como principal objetivo, elaborar un manual de operaciones para el Laboratorio de Servicios de la Carrera de Ingeniería En Ecoturismo de la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi, que servirá como referente a los estudiantes de Latacunga y de todo el país, Este manual es una recopilación de información debidamente ordenada en tres partes; como primer paso se desarrolló la fundamentación teórica mediante una adecuada investigación bibliográfica con la finalidad de sustentar adecuadamente este trabajo. En una segunda instancia se aplica reglamentos, normas y técnicas nacionales e internacionales, para que el Laboratorio de Servicios cumpla con los estándares establecidos….es_ES
