| Resumen : | El estudio de tiempos y movimientos en el proceso de construcción de los implementos agrícolas Moreano S.A. en donde se analiza el proceso de construcción de las rastras determinado y registrando los tiempos, movimientos de las etapas de producción partiendo desde la recolección del material, trazado, corte, armado, punteado, transporte rematado e inspección de la rastras. Identificando que en la construcción de la cama baja de la rastra se utiliza más tiempo en las etapas de cortado y armado. El personal que labora en estas áreas de trabajo no conoce muy bien de las actividades como se logró identificar al momento de realizarles una encuesta previa, para el levantamiento de los tiempos se lo realizó con el método por cronometraje con lo que se establecieron los tiempo de cada área de trabajo, obteniendo un total de 26:08:27 de tiempo empleado, a un costo por rastra de $2995.83…. |
| Descripción : | The study of times and movements in the process of construction of agricultural implements Moreano S.A. For the reduction of time and movement, a training was proposed for the personnel production of the company in regard to management of machinery and tools, through the training carried out, the times were reduced in the construction of agricultural towed dredges at 21:48:37 at a cost of $ 2939.28.... |
