| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de investigación se estableció ante la necesidad de generar alternativas turísticas sostenibles e innovadoras; mediante el estudio se reunió información que pueda en un futuro cambiar el estilo de vida y el concepto de turismo que tiene la sociedad misma, todo basado en las prácticas agrícolas y turísticas de forma sostenible con responsabilidad ambiental, y con ello se establecieron alternativas adecuadas en torno al desarrollo del turismo y a la generación de empleos verdes. La investigación sujeta un diseño estructural de una finca agroecoturística en la parroquia Lloa, cantón Quito de la provincia Pichincha, utilizando el agroecoturismo como medio de turismo alternativo que permita aprovechar los recursos existentes en la zona sin descuidar las actividades primarias del sector siendo esta la actividad agropecuaria. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación es necesario conocer el estado actual del área de estudio el cuál se desarrolló mediante un diagnóstico situacional con un análisis FODA, una matriz estratégica y la utilización de un cuadro resumen para conocer cuál es potencial turístico del sector y a la vez se permita la recopilación de información acertada y oportuna que servirá como línea base del estudio mediante el cual se podrá detectar los problemas principales y como se puede dar solución. Es también necesario un estudio de mercado para determinar el porcentaje de demanda y oferta, además se realizó una encuesta la misma que permitió definir los servicios y productos en base a las necesidades de los usuarios. Finalmente, se estableció la ingeniería del proyecto con sus requerimientos lo cual dio paso al diseño estructural de la finca con sus actividades y características definidas en función del agroecoturismo. Para una sociedad consumista e inmediatista se deben desarrollar nuevos productos turísticos que satisfagan las necesidades de los usuarios, esta modalidad de turismo alternativo es una gran opción que puede cambiar la concepción del turismo en el país y lograr ese tan esperado equilibrio entre la naturaleza y el hombre. |
| Descripción : | This research project was established due to the need to generate sustainable and innovative tourist alternatives; Through the study, information was gathered that could change the lifestyle and the concept of tourism that society has in the future, all based on sustainable agricultural and tourist practices with environmental responsibility, and with this, adequate alternatives were established in around the development of tourism and the generation of green jobs. The research subjects a structural design of an agro-ecotourism farm in the Lloa parish, Quito canton of the Pichincha province, using agroecotourism as a means of alternative tourism that allows taking advantage of the existing resources in the area without neglecting the primary activities of the sector, this being the activity agricultural. To carry out this research, it is necessary to know the current state of the study area, which was developed through a situational diagnosis with a SWOT analysis, a strategic matrix and the use of a summary table to know what the tourism potential of the sector is and at the same time the collection of accurate and timely information that will serve as the baseline of the study by which the main problems can be detected and how they can be solved is allowed. A market study is also necessary to determine the percentage of demand and supply. In addition, a survey was carried out that allowed defining the services and products based on the needs of the users. Finally, the engineering of the project was established with its requirements which gave way to the structural design of the farm with its activities and characteristics defined in terms of agroecotourism. For a consumerist and immediatist society, new tourism products must be developed that satisfy the needs of users, this alternative tourism modality is a great option that can change the concept of tourism in the country and achieve that long-awaited balance between nature and man. |
