| Resumen : | El diagnóstico situacional en el Cantón Latacunga, ha permitido conocer la realidad actual en la que se encuentra. Primeramente, se efectuó la búsqueda bibliográfica de las 15 parroquias del cantón Latacunga; así como la revisión del Plan de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial (PDOT) del año 2016 -2028; del cual se obtuvo la información sobre la planta turística oferta alojamiento. Se realizó levantamiento de información en el municipio de Latacunga y en los diferentes consejos parroquiales. Se creó una ficha para el reconocimiento de los establecimientos existentes dentro del cantón; posteriormente la información se registró en las fichas para obtener datos fidedignos de tal manera que podamos analizar la planta turística oferta alojamiento y verificar si los establecimientos se encuentran en estado activo dentro del cantón. La metodología que fue utilizada en el presente proyecto es cualitativa, la cual implica técnicas de campo y bibliográfica, de esta manera se obtuvo confiabilidad en los datos obtenidos. El alojamiento se encuentra disperso por el cantón Latacunga, las hosterías se encuentra ubicadas en las zonas rurales, por la magnitud de espacio que las mismas demandan, en la mayoría de los establecimientos se puede realizar actividades de ocio y recreación; los hoteles y hostales se hallan en las parroquias urbanas, mismas que ofrecen diferentes tipos de servicios; las residenciales se encuentran ubicadas en el caso urbano, ofrecen servicios básicos y los refugios se localizan en parques nacionales y áreas protegidas. Durante todo el proceso de investigación se pudo deducir que el cantón Latacunga posee varios establecimientos de alojamiento, los mismos que ofrecen diferentes servicios de acuerdo a sus categorías. El proyecto de investigación tuvo como finalidad realizar un análisis de la planta turística oferta alojamiento en el cantón Latacunga, donde toda la información recolectada fue sistematizada en el diseño del catálogo, la cual consta de 9 hosterías, 26 hoteles, 16 hostales, 4 residenciales y 2 refugios los mismos que se encuentran activos, prestando el respectivo servicio al visitante. |
| Descripción : | The situational diagnosis in the Latacunga, has allowed to know the current reality. First, the bibliographic search of the 15 parishes of Latacunga was carried out; as well as the revision of the Plan de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial (PDOT) 2016 -2028; thus, the information on the tourist accommodation offer was obtained. Information was collected in the municipality of Latacunga and in the different parish councils. A card was created for the recognition of existing establishments within the canton; Subsequently, the information was recorded in the files to obtain reliable data in such a way that the researcher can analyze the tourist accommodation offer and verify if the establishments are in an active state within the canton. A qualitative research was applied, which implies field and bibliographical techniques, thus reliability was obtained in data. The lodging is dispersed by the Latacunga cantón, the inns are located in the rural areas, for the magnitude of space that they need, most of hospitality people do leisure activities; the hotels and hostels are located in the urban parishes, which offer different types of services; the residential are located in the urban area they offer basic services and the shelters are located in national parks and protected areas. Throughout the investigation process it was possible to deduce that Latacunga cantón the owns several lodging establishments, they offer different services according to their categories. The purpose of the research project was to carry out an analysis of the tourist offer in Latacunga cantón, where all data collected was systematized in the design of the catalog, which consists of 9 inns, 26 hotels, 16 hostels, 4 residential and 2 shelters are active, providing service to the visitor. |
